Jerrid Hamann is a Digital User Experience Strategist at Verizon Business Markets, focused on designing low-effort digital customer experiences for Verizon’s small and medium business customers.
Prior to that, Jerrid held various technical and leadership positions at Nortel Networks and XO Communications, including Executive Director of XO’s Digital Customer Experience. His B.S. in Computer Science (Texas A&M University), MBA in Corporate Finance (University of Dallas), and twenty years of experience in software engineering informs his thought leadership and implementation guidance in projects ranging from self-service portal development to improving voice-of-customer and CRM platforms.
Jerrid and his family have lived in the Allen/Plano area (north of Dallas) for over twenty years.
